CorGrid is Corvalent’s Industrial IoT platform. It connects industrial equipment, sensors, and cameras into a single system that gives operations teams real-time visibility, intelligent alerts, and automated responses across their entire asset base — combining live data, historical trends, predictive health scores, rules-based automation, and video in one place.

As a fully managed cloud service. Each customer gets a dedicated, isolated environment. There’s no shared infrastructure and no on-premise servers to maintain. Access is entirely through a web browser; no software installation required.
CorGrid connects to sensors and equipment over MQTT, Zigbee, LoRaWAN and HTTP webhooks (including Modbus thermostats via gateway). Broader industrial bus protocols — OPC-UA, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, NB-IoT — are available through a professional services engagement.
Yes. Predictive Maintenance is fully live — dashboard, health scores, and PM-triggered alerts. For each asset, CorGrid calculates a Health Score, Failure Risk, Stress Index, Urgency Score, an Adjusted Due Date for maintenance, and a Confidence Score for the prediction, with full score history for trend analysis. Assets are automatically flagged as Urgent or Due Soon on the dashboard.
Yes. CorGrid calculates OEE, Availability, Performance, Quality, TEEP, and a Six Big Losses breakdown, with monthly snapshots, full history, and export.
Yes, through a no-code visual rules builder. When a condition is met, CorGrid can send email or SMS notifications, create a service ticket, or send a control command directly to a connected device, including thermostat control and Zigbee actuators (on/off, dimming).
Yes. Live video streams are available directly in the platform, and camera images are archived automatically. AI-powered detection (vehicle detection, intrusion detection, people counting, parking management) is available through certified camera partners, but each is a scoped, per-case-study professional services engagement rather than an out-of-the-box feature. When implemented, camera events appear on the same timeline as physical sensor data.
Yes, through a REST API. Event-based/webhook push to external systems is available on demand, built per client need. Deeper integrations with ERP, MES, CMMS, CRM, or BI systems are handled as custom professional services engagements, scoped per project.
Security is a core design principle. Highlights include a fully isolated, dedicated cloud environment per customer, encryption at rest and in transit, per-device digital certificates with automatic revocation, server-enforced role-based access control, and passkey (WebAuthn/FIDO2) plus authenticator-app (TOTP) multi-factor authentication. Typical performance: sensor data is ingested in under 5 seconds, the live dashboard reflects new data in under 10 seconds, and alert notifications are delivered in under 5 seconds. Large report generation takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on data volume.
Yes. The infrastructure is serverless and auto-scales with device count and message volume, with no capacity limits to pre-configure. CorGrid supports full site hierarchies (Region, Location, Building, Floor, Zone, Asset) for multi-site, multi-asset visibility from a single platform.
Yes. CorGrid is fully white-labelable — custom logo, favicon, login branding, application titles, and multiple independent branding configurations on a single platform instance, so different customer groups can each see their own branded experience.
